Nebo 1/2 Marathon 2011- 1:19:35- 2nd Overall,  first master. Ogden Marathon 3:14  (2010); 10K 2011 Speedy Spaniard 40:47.  I have run 40 marathons: 16 St. George (1995, 2006-2019, 2024). Utah Valley (2011, 2014, 2025), Eiluj (2011), Deseret News (2015: 3:40 pacer  & 2023),  Ogden (2009, 2010), Boston (1996,2012,2014,2018, 2024,2025)Top of Utah (1999, 2011 pacer), and SLC (2006,2015), Pocatello (3:40 pacer 2012),park city marathon 3:41:53 (2013), and Big Cottonwood pacer (2017,2018),  Nebo Marathon 340 pacer (2024)Timp trail marathon (2021) and three Ultras-Squaw Peak 51.25 miler 2010 in 12:05:27 (9th woman) and  Antelope Island  (32 miler) in  March 2011 (4th overall in 5:10:25) and in 2009.

9 easy, murdock out and back to the north, turned up into the new neighborhood by lone peak hs instead of down under tunnel.  4.53 miles then turn.  Wore new saucony pro 4 s.  Felt good. 

9:04/8:32/8:30/8:19/8:25/8:25/ 8:21/8:23/8:19= 8:29 avg.  8:24 avg without first mile.   Knee started to bug me at mile 8. Thought I was gonna have to stop.  Did stop just before mile 3 at potty.  It was open :D. Didn't think it would be.  It is the one by play park by deerfield elementary.  Though the seats are those cold metal ones.   2 min 47 seconds.

SW2 (before work)=  mile @6:36/9.1mph, 1200 @6:31/9.2mph,  800 @6:27/9.3mph, 400 @ 9.6-10mph.  Rest is 3 min in between.  8:57.

THIS WAS HARD!!  think the TM is not on.  HOME tm.  I had to turn down from what I was wanting.  Held on a few times.  weird.

46:15 for the 6 miles.   7:42 avg.  crazy how hard this felt when monday's speed was easy to me.  Jane concurred it was hard or her too.  

warmup 2.  SW is 2.5 miles.  9 min jog.  8:57 pace so 1 mile.   1/2 mile cooldown 9 min jog.

10 easy.  Junk miles. Just go out and be bored for 10 miles.  Heartrate mode kept in the 130s.   9:25 avg.  All over the place.  The map is funny.  Painfully easy if that makes sense.

1:59:24.   7:28 avg.  cray cray.  

met at mouth 540 am.  Drove to Pine hollow.  No long time in car, Chandi's hubby dropped us off.  We ran down to last arrow and turned around and went back up then down to fork then up to tibble.  Never got too hot or terribly cold.  But kept all three layers on until the last 1.5 miles.  Nippy out.  Tibble fork had ice in parking lot from melting snow then temps below freezing during night.  So didn't run far in parking lot.  Kim joined me for the last 4 miles to my house.  At mouth went up the lovely hill there and down silo road then down road to kim's house.  1300 west.  16 miles was two roads before my road.  So I walked.
