I ran on the treadmill at work. I switched my running schedule around this week so I could run the Deseret News 1/2 on Tuesday.
1.5 miles wu, 3x1600 w/ .5 recovery (7:18, 7:18 and 7:13), 1 mile cool down
It was so hot in the gym. I got it done.
