I met some of the group at Dimple Dell to run WB.  It was perfect running weather.  I've decided I need to start the run a few minutes early so I can warm up at a slower pace.  Maybe I'm just getting old, but lately it takes me a good three miles to get warmed up.  I felt ok on the first half but not great.  We ran mile 9 up Little Cottonwood again.  Then we turned around.  At mile 12 I was pretty much on my own.  I was able to catch up to Dean and Michelle M. just as we turned off Wasatch but that took too much energy and they soon left me again.  It was a good run.  My miles were 9:18, 8:49, 8:45, 8:47, 9:28, 9:07, 8:20, 9:05, 8:52, 8:10, 8:18, 9:05, 7:55, 7:27, 7:59, 8:33, 8:16, and 8:54 as my cool down mile.  Avg pace 8:38.

I think that is a pretty fast pace. Faster than I could ever do even when I was younger. Nice job.
