I've had stomach issues all week while running. I may have been dehydrated. I decided to play it safe and run on the treadmill at work. I warmed up for a mile, then I ran 3 minutes at 7:00 mm pace and walked for 2 minutes. I did 7 repeats. Then I cooled down for about a 1/2 mile. It was hot in the gym with all the guys doing their workout.
