I met the group at the SJ Soccer Fields. There were several of us there for the early miles. I warmed up for 4 miles then we did 4 mile repeats up and down Rustic Roads with easy running in between for 3 minutes. I tried to hold back a little because of my calf. I didn't hurt during the run, but shins are little achy and my left calf is still pretty sore when I touch it. My mile repeats were all in the 7:40 range.
