I met the group at Riverton High. We warmed up for 4 miles, then headed to the track. We did 2 laps of fast straights and slow curves. Then we did 2 x 1000's, 2 x 400's, and 2 x 200's with a recovery between each one. Then we did one of each of those. Then I ran off track until I hit 11 miles. |
