6.2 - random run in random directions. saw adam marriot after about half a mile. ran for him for about one mile. nice to catch up with him.
5 - walk / run / walk / run into town with whit.
8 - into town, past town, and back. picked it up for the middle 4.
2.5 - hike. uphill. only 0.68 to the top and 430 feet. when we were almost back to the car, i turned around and ran back up and back down. love a natural stair stepper.
AM - 2.75 - paddled 2.75 miles on the SUP
AM (2) - 7 - walk / jog into town and back with my mom
PM - 7.5 - hike to waterfall with the whole crew
12 - progression run. felt good.
