2 - worked 9 hours and then 5.5 more at home on the fireplace. Had to keep my commitment so went for a slow 2 miles at 1 am.
5 - as an out and back north and out and back south at about 9:30 pm
6 - southern loop up Evergreen
9 - extended southern loop modified a bit so Scott could get back to his car.
12 - Southern loop, extended. Have had a cold this week and was feeling ok before the run. At the halfway point, my lungs started to feel it. By the last two miles, lungs were burning like never before. Arguably, a poor decision.
