Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Yoga

I am going to try a couple new things when I get back to training. One is the 80/20 concept by Matt Fitzgerald. I've always believed and tried to follow the easy days easy and hard days hard but I like how he does it. I also want to forget about mileage and just go for time ( this one will be hard because I love tracking my miles).  I also want to race watch less more, or at least Garminless. I really hope I can get on top of my life and health so I can race well next year.

Spin class. I have been dealing with extreme adrenal fatigue, for this reason I will be taking it super easy until I feel better

lunch time hike with Cole and Brune. Poor mr brune is getting old and he had a hard time. Only because he found a ball that kept going down the mountain and he would chase it straight down super steep stuff and have to get back up. He wouldn't listen to me. Finally he left the ball, but he sounded like he was on deaths door. I felt really bad, luckily we made it back and he got a drink. He'll be wiped out for days. We went 2.6 miles and climbed 900 feet

Yoga then a 3 mile hike with my buddy Cole. I could live in fall forever! I wish it would last longer, like all winter long
