Hiit
Had a very good workout, I felt like I use too and it was awesome. 3x3 miles progressively getting faster with a mile in between. We drove up SF and started with no warm up cause that how you start the marathon.
1st set 20:47 (6:49, 6:54, 6:51)
2nd set 20:12 (6:42, 6:40, 6:35)
3rd set 19:50 (6:39, 6:24, 6:41) was only going to do 2 miles on this one so I really pushed it. I stopped and waited about 10 seconds for Janae and she wanted to finish so I jumped back in and ran with her.
