I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met and ran with Melaine, Rebecca and Marie were there the 1st little bit. Was tired starting out but felt somewhat decent, ran the Murdock C. 8:09 avg pace
melanie has me talked into running SG this year "for fun" no time goals and just not care when we come in, while that is hard for me to do that is all I will be able to do. So a watch less marathon:)

| I went to a PT named Mike Bond last night, best work I have ever had done before. He is good! Felt better than I have in a long time. I've had a hard time lately with getting a good breath in, he released my diaphragm and my breathing felt so much better. SI's and hammy felt good to, very excited!
