Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Ran with the orem girls in the morning 5.3 in 42:49/8:07. Felt fair did some really good stretching. P.M. ran 1 mile with both boys, one running and one in the jogger. and then another mile and a half with the jogger and more stretching. |

| Met with Amber D. at the mouth of the canyon and ran easy up and I helped her through a MP tempo down. We averaged 8:45 going up and 7:30's coming down, my back is still super buggy and doing so much to try to get it better. Super frustrating. I ran a mile with Gauge when I got home, he is running a mile without stopping now. Stretching |
