Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| I was able to run today yepee I could feel my calf very little and ice and streched when I got home and it feels pretty good. I will have to be careful not to over do it and reinjure myself , but it felt so good to be out running.47:12/8:38 avg. not as slow as I thought I would be. | Add Comment |

Started out with the bike and did 11 miles on hills avg. 15 mph, did this first to slow me down on the running. Ran 3 miles after 27:14 9:04 avg. was still slowing myself down. Calf felt pretty good, but can still feel it just the tinest bit. | Add Comment |

| Started with biking, went up the canyon 16.46 miles/1:02:57 an avg. of 15.7 mph leg a little tired at first. Then I ran 3 miles in the canyon 26:10/8:44 pace felt all right. I figure I will contiue with the bike run combo for a while and slowly build my milage back up. | Comments(3) |

| Got up and went on a bike ride with my sister, started at my house and went up Provo canyon-25.14 miles/1:51:38/13.5mph felt pretty good. Then when I got back I ran 1.58 miles-13.55/8:48 avg. pace was tired. | Add Comment |
