I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met Mel and Rebecca at Will's and drove up to vivian we warmed up 2 miles up south fork road and then turned and did 9 miles at MP my goal was to do 8-10 at 6:45-6:50 pace. I felt good until 7 and then was having a hard time, my stomach started to cramp up so I made it to 9 and ran back to Mel a quater mile and finished with her she picked it up which just about did me in but I wanted to finish fast.
6:47, 6:37, 6:50, 6:41, 6:52, 6:51, 6:58 stopped for a drink, 6:57, 7:03,

6:24 let Mel get ahead and then made myself catch her the last .25

| Awesome I can type on my iPhone now:). Easy run didn't feel good at all. I think I have a stomach bug, tired and diarrhea. Stopped several times

| Holy hills day! Did quail valley drive loop from my house with Rebecca and Melaine. Good run but man I'm tired, pushed the downhills.

| Ran hope to hobble with a bunch of super fun people. This run goes on a dirt road/trail for about 19 or so and then finishes down hobble creek to the golf course. First 12 are climbing and my climbing legs where not fresh. Felt good going down and manage to finish the last road portion at MP 6:45's. ran most of it with Melanie and Cameron.
