Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I can't believe my baby is all ready 4 weeks old.  Although it seems months have gone my since I had him.

I went out with Brune and the baby to try some walk/jogging stuff.  I felt better than last week but pubic bone is still sore, but I expect it to be sore for the next 2 years.  Thats how long I could feel it after my last kid.  I still feel like I need to take it pretty easy so mostly will stick to the elliptical until it heals some more.

I have 17lbs. to lose, it's coming off:)  Goal weight by next spring (pre-pregnancy weight) is 125.  Right now I am 142 so I have lost 22lbs.

Brune (dog) 2010 Miles: 3.75

Nice run out and about with baby! Nice to see the weight fall off. I hope that pubic bone heals up faster for you this time and you get some relief as you start back to your speediness!

You'll be down before you know it. It won't take that long knowing you. You probably already know this, but be be careful about the calcium and magnesium/iron. You do not look post-pregnancy. Let me know if you want to run the Bonneville Shoreline (really slowly) one of these fine mornings.

You look so good. Nice and easy with the weight loss. Not being able to eat chocolate should help--at least it would for me!
