Met at Marie's and ran towards Melody, we did a 5.5 mile loop and then continued on with Melody. She made me do some hill cruisers, that really weren't bad at all. I felt decent considering my baby is sick and up through out the night. We did 8 total at an 8 min pace. Did pilates legs and ab ripperX Lunch time I took my son in the jogger for a very easy 3 miles, the weather was so nice I couldn't resist. I was going to take this week really easy because I was so worn down but I did feel better today and so I think I will hit it hard this week and take next week a little easier. stretching
