HIIT core then 20 min easy bike
Met Marie at 12:30, my plan was to do a 3, 2, 1 mile progressive tempo run starting at MP and get faster. My legs have been trashed from the tues tabtia workout (lots of jumping stuff holding weights) it killed off my legs more than I expected. I also made the mistake of eating to much food before the run, I thought I had enough time but my lunch was in my throat the entire run. It was miserable. So I did the 3 miles @MP (6:50, 6:47, 6:47)and called it good. Marie was there for 8 miles then I added on.
