Today we met at legacy at 8.  We did the mountain run extended.  I did not feel very good today so I stayed in the back with Jacob and steven.  We were not running very fast.  In the first 2 miles, my left knee hurt really bad.  I did not enjoy running like I usally do.  The good thing was that we went to lill warners after and had waffles.  Durning the run galen steped on some twig and it stuck up in his shoe and hit his foot.  We stopped to get it out of his shoe.  56 minutes.  8:34 average mile pace.
