7.5 miles during lunch and the beginning of track class. It was a 2 mile warmup then 4x2 minutes on the MCT. On the first one I got a really bad side stich and had to stop and stretch it. Then I jogged for the rest of that one. The rest of them I around .4 miles.
After that we went to the AF rec center and did some aqua joging and swiming. I got .97 miles but Im not counting that cuz it said it was 55 minute pace :).
