Really great workout. We had the same workout as last week. The 1000's were good we got a bit faster than last week, but stayed packed real well. We switched up leads a lot and it felt good to get going. We ran a 3:55, :59, :44, :38. I felt way good. The 400's were a little slower at a 1:17 and 1:17. But the last 100 was beast. I love the 100, it's the best part of the whole thing. I love it.
