warm up. then 48 minutes. wow. that felt like a very very very long run. it honeslty felt like and 80 minute run. i was struggling. But i will do better tomorrow. im feeling better and im gonna go to bed earlier than 10 tonight to catch up on sleep.

At first I just kinda felt eh, but as we got going I felt wonderful! Coach Roberts kept telling us to slow down and it was kinda hard. I was very antsy. The last one we just got going and didn't control it like we should have, it was a great workout. Not happy to miss practice for trek...bleh
