6 miles easy. About 7:30 avg. really snowy on the roads. Luckily dikes was cleared. Felt good but hard. No Achilles pain until the last halfish mile, where it got really icy.
weights- minus calf raises cuz i already did some in the trainers as rehab and minus lunge to stepups, just kept it at lunges beucase the jolting of stepping off the blocks makes my achilles hurt. lots of rolling and stuffff.
