Pm- 10 minute tempo with 3x800's. I felt very strong today. Our 8's were 2:57,3:04,2:43. It was supposed to get progressively faster, but we started a teeny too fast. It was a very great workout. We packed very well and I could feel the positive vibes. There were some real cute kids who kept high-fiving us and it was adorable.
