Am- 3.35 miles. Felt great, worked my way Into the run a little bit better today rather than just starting way fast from the get go. It felt good very good and want to try it more often to warm up better. My legs felt better and a great run.
Pm- 8x200's with like 1? Min recover and then 5 min recover on every other. It was good workout and it felt very solid.
