Am- 6 with Sam. I had the hardest time warming up this morning. My body felt really tired, and my muscles were not wanting to move, and my gut hurt. Finally started feeling pretty good at 4.5 miles but we had weights so I kept it to 6 miles. Kept the pace pretty slow (although it didn’t feel as slow as it was) Partly due to not warming up, but it was also pretty icy for a lot of it. 7:59 avg.
Pm- 2 miles easy on the treadmill.
Last day for the gym class! Woot woot! Also i finished all my assignments and papers and I only have 4 more tests and looooota to study for. Woohoo!
