7 with Haley on Walmart canyon. It was a super chill run, 7:35 pace. Stopped at maverick to go to the bathroom, finished to the track and then did 10 strides at mile pace and cooled to finish the rest of mileage
Weights. And then I went to the trainers and had them release my piriformis. It feels so weird but it helps sooo much
