Am- mile warm and then a 60%. It was definitely my best 60. I averaged 6:26 and I felt decent. I was with my group but I kept having to blow my nose so I had to slow down a few times. Everytime I would catch back up except the last time and I stayed the exact distance behind the whole rest of the 60. Mile cool
Pm- 1.5 mile shakeout. My body was tired
