6 Miles, 10 strides, .5 miles cool after. Good run. Legs were still a bit tired but much better. Also weights after. The weights coach had me sit on a roller on my calves with 130 pounds on my legs to get out knots and it seemed to help soooo much!! Leaving for flagstaff tomorrow and I’m pumped.
Low key sad cuz some how I didn’t get entered in the 3k and I thought I was but now I’m just in the mile oh well. Way excited to get to go at all
Also last night I was in bed by 9:00 and I can’t tell you the last time that happened
