6 Miles total. 2 Miles warm, 10x45 second pickups with 90 sec recovery and then cool to 6. My whole body was sooo tired today which was a little frustrating, but I just keep having to remind myself that I can’t have a good run every day and I hadn’t had a bad run in a while. I ice bathed after. Also my shin stul hurt but not in comparison to yesterday. Kept the run to 6 cuz I felt so lousy and the 7:15 pace was killing me. Definitely haven’t taken a short easy run in a while.
