45 45 easy 5 miles made up a loop. We did an Indian run and whoever led chose the way. We ended up on a dirt path and made a loop to the high school. Sped up at the end
23 23 easy at pineview park Me and Ellie ran real fast. It felt great. We made it 3.01 miles
