| PM- PM with Seth. 11.5 miles, 1800 ft climb, just under 2 hrs. Beautiful weather. Perhaps the most people I've ever seen on the trails at the park. And that's saying something. Even the back loop was packed.

| PM- missed the lunch run, so ran by myself on the track after work. Decided to go a little bit fast- did 3 warmup, then a 6 mile tempo that averaged 6:24 pace, then 1 cooldown. Felt controlled, not straining, but good to stretch the legs a bit.
I'll be in Atlanta for work the next 2 days. Might get some trails there along the Chattahoochee river.
