AM- Back to work after 6 days of getting fat.  Went to a workout place here in Idaho (the pass got me in for free, Jeff- thanks).  Did 10 miles, about 1/2 treadmill and 1/2 elliptical.  Left hip still has some residual pain, right felt fine.  Elliptical didn't hurt at all, so I'll probably do a mix this week to help my hips.  For the record, based on the pain I think I had the beginnings of hip bursitis- not 100% sure on the self-diagnosis, but that seems to fit the symptoms the best.  As far as hip injuries go, that one seems to be about the best.  But I'm going to be very cautious for a few weeks.

PM- 7 more.

That seems smart to be cautious and recover. That's a bummer to get new pain. Especially as you get really close to a big goal. Nan got a random knee pain out of nowhere last Friday, its kind of disheartening. Fortunately bodies heal if we let them. I hope yours recovers fast.

Smart plan about the hip, hope it continues to improve.

Glad the pass worked.

I think the Broncos are being cautious for a couple of weeks, too.

Stay on the mend, Jon. You're putting up some impressive numbers for someone in pain.
