AM- 8 running miles with Paul and Cody.  I think it's my first time running with them since before Christmas.  Cold (15 deg F) and very foggy/smoggy out, but I didn't notice much.  Hips felt generally good, though the left side started nagging a bit the last few miles.  3.5 weeks since my injury, 3 weeks till my race- hopefully I can continue to recover.

PM- 13 cross training miles while watching the second half of the Cardinals-Saints game.  Hopefully the next 3 games will be better than this one was.

At this point healing is more important than more training. Probably should back way off the last two weeks.

True, and I also have the dilemna of trying to get my legs used to running/pounding again, which means I need to run some. This week will be harder, then 2 easier weeks.

Good job Jon. Continue to bring it around. I'm pumped for your race so that means you have to do it:) Good luck with the next weeks of healing.

If your progress continues at the same rate I think you will fly through those 100 miles when the time comes.
