AM- 6 easy miles.  Ran the front 9.  Rather dark out.  I got the living bejeevees scared out of me when I unknowingly got within about 20 feet of a deer sleeping in some brush.  He woke up and noisily darted out of there.  Made my heart rate peak at about 850, I think.

PM- 11 miles with Cody and Paul.  Good run.  Easy pace, 1:26:32.  Although Cody and Paul have a new strategy of not stopping when I have a potty break, making me have to work hard to catch up.  It evens things out a bit so I won't beat them by too much like normal.

Adrenaline- 434, 768- 101

HELP NEEDED- I will be running races in Park City on Aug 9 and Sept 6.  I am looking for a place I can crash the night before both races, either in Park City or somewhere in SLC that is near Parley's canyon.  I have my own sleeping bag and I don't snore.  Any leads?

Suicide rock is popular....Right at the mouth of Parley's

Jon--you're welcome to crash at our house, though we may not be there. Heather and I are both planning to run Provo River half on Aug 9th and we may stay at my mom's in Sandy to be closer to Provo and get help with baby care. Same with Sept. 6th--Spanish Fork half. Let me know if you get more promising leads.

Jon, I did get your link. It is a good idea. However, I'm also running Provo on the 9th and am not 100% sure I'll be at my house that night either. As far as Sept 6th goes I just have to clear it with the boss but right now it looks good.

Ok, thanks Adam and Chad. I'll weigh the options. I also posted on Steve's in Heber, so we'll see what he says. Adam, let me know if the boss gives the thumbs up for Sept.

The boss said it's a go. Just remind me as we get closer...

Jon, You're welcome to stay in Heber if you'd like for the 16th. My wife's parents will be around the weekend of the 9th.

Feel free to call and set something up if you'd like.
