Running Accomplishments:

I've been running since junior high. Ran middle distance in college with a PB of 1:52 for the 800 meters, then continued running with varying degrees of seriousness throughout my 20's and 30's. Moved up in distance and even ran three marathons (2:43 PB). Now just trying to stay in shape and find balance in life in my 40's.

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Work out 30 minutes a day, six days a week

 

 

 

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and consistent.

Treadmill - 34:00

Slow treadmill run at 9:30 p.m. Throat still hurts and cold and ice streak continues outside. Treadmill runs for the near future.

Neighborhoods + Borah track - 35+

Still super icy and at least 8" of snow, but I needed to get outside. Just ran slow and made sure I stayed on my feet. Average pace of about 8:25/mile.

A.M. - Rock Creek loop - 52+

Early morning run with Roger, Mark E. and some other folks in Twin Falls. Started in the pouring rain, ended up a decent day. Admire this group for their dedication and always getting out and making running fun.

P.M. - CSI indoor track - 32+

Ran mostly with Emily and some with Karl and Jacob. 14 laps to the mile would get tedious on a regular basis but it was actually a lot of fun for today.
