Hot and windy this afternoon at 5 p.m. I did a warmup on the canals, and almost bagged the workout because I was already hot and not feeling great. But I toughed it out and did 4 miles on the BK track in 6:17, 6:16, 6:11, 5:59 for a total of 24:43. Not a great looking workout on paper (or on the screen), but for the conditions and motivation level, it was good. |
