Treadmill at Gold's - 36:27
I did a little progression run tonight. Miles were approx 8:22, 7:33, 7:08, 6:49 and 6:26. Nothing great, but a little bit faster than I've gone in a few months. So far the body feels good.
Weights - 10 minutes ( 2 sets of lunges, step-ups, leg presses and calves)
