Greenbelt - 1:28 My version of a "big workout." Progression run of 6 miles: 7:32, 7:07, 6:52, 6:25, 6:06, 6:02, then a mile easy, then 5 x 3:00 (5:46/mile average) on the way back home. Good workout and nice afternoon/evening run. Got in a few miles on the dirt trail toward Barber Park and that is always a treat. |
