1.5 mile warmup; 6 x 400, 4 x 200; 0.5 mile warmdown
At Axiom Gym. Warmup and warmdown on elliptical, faster running on treadmill. 400s at 5:30/mile pace and 200s at 5:24/mile pace. Pretty easy effort, just hard running fast on treadmills (for me at least).
