PMI: Canal Banks + neighborhoods - 34:45
Did a 25 minute run on the canals, then changed shoes and was going to do a 5k hard effort in the neighborhoods. This was not a smart idea. I made it a bit over 1.5 miles at just under 6:00/mile pace then bagged it and jogged in. I was hurting and not ready to put myself in that kind of pain.
Later did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes weights and core.
Tired today and just wasn't physically or mentally ready for a workout yet. |
