Solid workout on the road around the neighborhood: 16x0.25 miles at target 5k pace. Kept it in the zone of what a 5k might be in about a month: 82-85 seconds, with the last one under 80. 10 miles total - 70 minutes
Evening run with 8x20-30 sec. pickups 5.37 miles - 45:03. Double day was pretty decent. got down in to lower 5 minute range on pickups. Running pretty hard.
