10k pace was 10.4 mph, MP was 9.4mph, 1 mile was 12mph
Alot of sweat and a brokeb Stop button on my TM, but, a good strong feeling on these and not killing myself in the heat.
PM after dinner - easy 4.5 miles - 40 min. dead legs and back in the heat. I struggled with 8:30 pace
