Went Long today - People Trail lollipop - paved path around town, with some stints in the grass to take it easy on the legs/kness/joints and what not. A couple of stops to pee, and used the portapot at the top of the overpass again, after about 20 miles. Wore the hydration pack, and definitely needed every ounce of that water with gatorade elctrolyte mix. 1 Huma caf gel at about 23 miles and one Maurten caf earlier on (2 hours or so). 8a - 12:30p and getting warm at the end for sure. 30 miler in the books - 4:25:11.
