Got IT!  Took down the elusive segment this morning.  crushed it by over 3 seconds.  Drove over to the neighborhood, warmed up for 20 minutes with strides and really went for it.  Honestly didn't feel like the hardest I have run it... 3.73 miles total there.  0.57 mi. - 2:57 Pretty decent vertical ascent at the beginnig of the segment/

Hopped in car and headed on over to Mill Race to start the workout:  5mi. TH, 6x0.5mi.   Tough to hang at the end of the 5miles - feeling some nasty acid reflux coming up the throat, and effort level pretty high.  0.5 mile reps were simialr (strong to start, but, hanging on to finish)  12.51 miles total - 1:26

No sooner did I get home and log on do I see that a high schooler has gone and taken down another segment that I had the crown on close to the elusive one I just crushed.  LOL.  Now, I'll I have to go back and get taht one again... :)

I wish there was a way to remove the "bikers" from the running segments. I apparently will need to cruise now 2:30/miles
