Runch workout: 4x200, 12x400 at Southside Track. Kept it comfortably hard ~HM target pace. Felt liek about 6:10-6:15 pace range was about right. Great weather now that the storms have blown over. 8.3 miles Total - 62:02. New Kinvara's are awesome.
Evening Bike ride around neighborhood and out&back to my favorite house West on Deaver. slow and clunky on that bike: 10.5 miles - 43:54. Back tire seemed like it was flat and the gears don't all work very well in unison... amateur
Followed up with an easy pace run with some pickups uphills at the end - went around a similar loop: Deaver, CR400/200, etc. Nice run except for the close calls with cars on CR 200. 9miles - 75:06. Arahi's are wonderful also.
