Okay - so, I got a good night's sleep last night and took last week extremely easy. was still feeling the hangover a bit, but got going after about 6 or 7 slow miles and getting the heart rate up (slowly). Finally got a planned workout and did... okay. 3x4mi.MP - 27:24, 26:25, 26:31 - I'm happy with anything close to what I what I was supposed to do today.
