PM - Track Tuesday with the Danny's and Erin - 8x400m @ 2mi. pace, 200m jog recovery. 81, 81, 80, 80, 78, 78, 77, 76. This was hard for me, with the 50k recovery legs. 5.6 miles total - 41:36
