WU w/ strides build up to 11mph. 10x0.1mi. 11mph w/ 0.1 mi. @ 8mph rec. jog.
finished up with 3 sprints 12.5mph up to 14mph. felt like 14 got a bit out of hand.
followed up with some strength stuff - ( planks, lunges, burpees, squats ) x 2
