Today's plan called fo 60-70 min run. I ended up just over 60 min with the first 4.5 miles being hilly. I felt pretty good until the last 1.5 miles and I could tell my body wasn't used to the time on my feet. Avg pace 8:31

10 miles with Mo on the trails. It was nice to catch up and run easy and for the first 10 miler in almost 18 months...I felt great.
