After a long hiatus waiting for the desire to run to return, I am finally back to running - and a little training.

10 min running up and down my stairs while wrapping up a conference call

5 miles in a sauna while in New Braunfels for volleyball.    Ran the same .75 mile stretch since it was dark and I was unfamiliar with the area.   Ended up more of progressive run

3.5 mile tempo progressing to 5K (7:30 pace (RD)) for the peak minutes and the slowly progressing back down.
